Maxim Laskavy – Engineer / Producer
Ukrainian native, Maxim Laskavy, a.k.a. Ukrainium, has been studying music since the age of 5. He received extensive Musical/Audio engineering education in the US, as well as in Cambridge, England. Max plays piano, guitar, and sings. He has been engineering (recording, mixing, mastering) music for over 5 years now, in genres ranging from Classical and Jazz to Rock and Trance, and everything in between. Max has been a Matrax producer since the beginning of 2008. His production style is influenced by his engineering abilities, as well as many different genres of music. His specialty is Industrial Rock and Hip-Hop, Pop Rock, House, Electro, Trance. Max also incorporates his knowledge of music theory, as well as musical instruments playing ability into his production.
